Edward Alexandre Bernard (1879-1950) was born in Eure-et-Loir on 20 March 1879 and died on 30 November 1950 in Seine-et-Morne.
He was a painter, caricaturist, designer and french engraver. He illustrated spanking novels around 1920 using the pseudonym Edouard Bernard.
